Gulliver's Cream Corn

2 (10-oz.) pkgs. whole kernel corn
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 pint half and half
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp Accent
6 tsp. sugar
pinch white pepper
2 T. melted butter
2 T. flour

Combine all ingredients except butter and flour.  Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 5 minutes.  In a separate pot, blend flour with butter to make a roux. Add roux mixture to corn mixture.  Mix well while simmering.  removed from heat and serve.
